Delete your account and data

You can delete your Where's The Kid account and all associated data at any time.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open the app, go to Settings and choose Delete account, then confirm. This deletes your profile, your family's children, schedules, contacts and check history. If you are the last parent in the family, the family is deleted too.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer open the app, email us from the address you signed in with, with the subject line "Account deletion", and we will delete your account.

What gets deleted

Your name, email, phone number, your children's first names and schedules, emergency and daycare contacts, and the log of checks and alerts. Deletion is processed promptly; we keep nothing afterward except where the law requires.
